Stack Description

I've had intermittent--so I guess it's somewhat chronic--lower back pain since I was a teenager. I think the cause was a fall during a gymnastics class, but I'm not 100% sure. The issue may also be that my spine curves the wrong direction, etc., etc. Bottom line is I've tried to find ways to manage the pain over the years and the ones listed here and my favorites.
